Terms of Service

1. Terms Acceptance

By creating a store, registering an administrator account, or accessing the Digital Ibtida multi-tenant platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use our services.

2. Store Registration & Account Security

To launch a storefront tenant on our platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Provide accurate and complete details during signup, including a valid Pakistani mobile number and active email address.
• Ensure you keep your administration bypass password and API keys secure at all times.
• Accept sole responsibility for all actions, updates, orders, and database entries registered under your tenant store account.

3. Services Provided

Digital Ibtida provides cloud-hosted storefront instances (Fashion, Computer, Optical store templates), automated business ledgers (Khata), POS register tools, custom domain mappings, and integrated WhatsApp receipt utilities. Services are subject to monthly/yearly subscription fees depending on your selected tier.

4. Subscriptions, Trial & Cancellations

• Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial for new merchants. No billing details are required to try the platform.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in local Pakistani Rupees (PKR) on a recurring basis.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your storefront will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the storefront instance to sell illegal goods, prohibited substances, or engage in fraudulent activities. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete any merchant store tenant that violates local regulatory laws or consumer rights in Pakistan.

6. Limitation of Liability

Digital Ibtida will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental loss of sales, server downtimes, database connection disruptions, or transaction failures on integrated third-party payment wallets.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the platform after the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
